Job Description
First: Tasks related to dealing with suppliers:
- Searching for suitable suppliers and concluding agreements and partnerships with them.
- lead & Management the process of managing and following up all transactions with potential and contracted suppliers.
- Negotiate with suppliers in order to obtain low prices and the most appropriate periods of time for production.
- Selecting the required products and contracting for production, and emphasizing their production processes.
- Follow-up of all production processes for products and work to improve all stages related to them and make sure to adhere to the deadlines.
- Carrying out searches for new products and preparing reports on them to clarify how to benefit from them, market them, and search for potential suppliers.
Second: Tasks related to dealing with the Egyptian Ministry of Health and other bodies:
- lead & Management process and follow up all dealings with the Egyptian Ministry of Health and all government agencies.
- Obtaining all official and governmental permits and approvals to carry out the production and exportation of the products and the agreed upon items.
- Follow-up and renewal of EGAZ Pharma's TOOL card.
Third: Tasks related to dealing with shipping companies and exporting products:
- Searching for suitable shipping companies and concluding agreements with them based on the price offers provided, the appropriate time periods and the quality of service provided.
- lead & Management the process of managing and following up all transactions with contracted shipping companies.
- Follow up shipping operations and ensure the completion of deliveries to customers.
Fourth: Other additional tasks related to the same job:
- Study customer problems, develop the necessary solutions and follow up their implementation to ensure customer satisfaction and not repeat the complaint.
- Submit periodic reports to the Director General on each operation and the results achieved.
- prepare monthly and annual reports that show the results achieved during these periods.
- Acting as a representative of the company in organizational matters and in front of external authorities.
- Any other tasks assigned to the General Manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical or an appropriate higher qualification, and accredited training certificates are preferred.
- Experience of not less than 5 years in the same position in another company.
- He must have previous experience in pharmaceutical companies.
- Experience in managing records, documents, logistics, and sea and air freight operations.
- The ability to deal with computers and Microsoft office programs, and to use the Internet professionally
- Excellent command of the English language (writing, reading and speaking)
- The ability to prepare reports, time management and good organization.
