Job Description
- Build, plan, and implement the overall digital marketing strategy for Vision's brands, which includes
developing Marketing & Digital Marketing. - Plan, allocate, and monitor the digital marketing budget and spending for all channels.
- Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels, and review and optimize the designs and
content of all online assets including the company website and social media accounts.
- Manage digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO, SEM, display, affiliates and email marketing, and social media in order to deliver data-driven strategies that assure top performance and achieve KPIs.
- Build and identify the buyer’s journey funnel from a consumer-centric perspective that focuses on a buyer’s distinct needs.
- Create a full portfolio strategy and identify the key ROI drivers, then reflect the created portfolio
strategy on Vision’s digital platforms.
- Analyze the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and
recommendations.
- Lead and supervise members of both social media.
Generate monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital media, or a relevant field.
- Agency experience is a Must.
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a fast-paced.
- Strong team management, interpersonal, and communication (written
and verbal) skills. - Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels
function.
