Job Description
- Prepare work procedure and work instruction for warehouses.
- Directs and controls warehouse activities to ensure the efficient and economical utilization of facilities for storing and distributing material goods (raw materials, finished product, and spare parts)
- Ensure that incoming material is inspected for conformity with order specifications and checked for defects.
- Responsible for executing the results of the monthly and the yearly inventory plan.
- Develop and recommend improvements in warehouse practices to promote efficiency, faster service, and lower costs
- Monitor staff to ensure that all tools and equipment are operated in a safe manner.
- Periodic inspection for all stores and record his notes and following up corrective action with responsibility
- Monitoring non usable and expiry material and prepare disposal plan.
- Managing the execution of all Company’s quality and safety policies and procedures in the department.
- Responsible of all warehousing receiving and releasing process through ERP.
Job Requirements
- Bsc of engineering or commerce (5 years experience)
- Manufacturing background.
- Very good in English.
- Very good in Microsoft office using.
