Job Description
- Providing advice and legal analysis on new legislation, possible impacts and commercial implications on Company and its business, formulate and revise contracts, agreements, and all legal documents disputes, litigation and arbitral matters, and Foreigners Affairs.
- Representing the company in front of governmental authorities, courts, GAFI, and the Ministry of Investment in addition to the internal investigations.
- Structure, draft, and review reports and other legal documents and Keeping up to date with the laws and legislation applicable to the Company in general.
- Preparing correspondence issued/received by the legal department and, when necessary, preparing/checking from the legal point of view letters to be issued by other departments (e.g involving partners, authorities, etc);
Job Requirements
- BS Degree in law English section
- Males only
- Excellent English is a Must.
- Computer skills
- Experience in dealing with investment and financial institutes and Government Relations.
- Experience in conducting company investigations
- Experience in courts
- Work effectively under pressure.
- Good Communication Skills
- Experience: Up to 10 years
