Job Description
- Assures the smooth implementation of the set & approved Corporate Expansion Plan through Finding new locations for the corporate brands according to each brand criteria and specification.
- Ensures Commitment to the expansion plan according to the budget.
- Recommend new locations for the board of directors to convey the real estate market’s point of view and the extent of its development
- Contracting with clubs, universities, government and private agencies to acquire potential stories for the corporate using the tender’s system.
- Follow up all branches contracts and prepare a renewal plan.
- Drafts annual budget for the new locations, annual escalation for current branches and renewal of existing branch contracts for Management Approval.
- Follows up and coordination with the operations, marketing, finance and project department in selection and evaluating new branches and making a feasibility study.
- Preparing a weekly presentation of the new places required and proposed to the board of directors and providing them with the latest updates with all that was previously discussed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of relevant area.
- 7-10 years’ experience in Commercial Real Estate
- Good communications with real estate Brokers, Malls leasing Department
- Effective Communication, Presentation, Leadership & Communication skills.
