Job Description
- With knowledge office documentation filing systems .
- Organized and capable of handling office financial accounts, accounts payable as well as collections .
- Engages effectively with colleagues and clients .
- Effective communicator.
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
- Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings / appointments. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
- Handling customers inquires.
Job Requirements
- Experience of at least 2 years is a must.
- Females only
- Excellent in computer skills.
- Works under pressure.
- Living or close to Sheikh Zayed .
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
