Job Description
- Perform & supervise periodical in-house maintenance and preventative maintenance
- MEP coordination with new rented units.
- Supervise technical and maintenance team to provide approvals before opening of new stores.
- Coordinating with all maintenance team in all governorates for emergency maintenance and break-downs all across Egypt.
- Follow up on all firefighting and fire alarm system installation and maintenance.
- Provide safety training for all staff.
- Coordinating with our consultants and revising consultant drawings and BOQs before consenting contractors to initiate new projects.
