Job Description
- Oversee or assist in the creation of motion graphics in After Effects.
- Translate creative concepts into compelling designs and assets.
- Monitor the work of junior motion graphics and ensure the artistic integrity and quality of assets produced by the department.
- Consult with the team lead to provide mentorship and training in new tools and techniques, and be available to identify development issues as they arise.
- Gather reference materials necessary to illustrate intended styles to the animation staff.
- Provide creative solutions based on a true understanding of client needs.
- Enhance the overall quality of video production (motion graphic, animation,...etc.).
- Create visually stunning video assets and illustrations
- Collaborate with creative directors and other colleagues to best support larger media goals
- Create highly engaging animations for a diverse array of media, including smartphones, tablets, and the web.
- Work with illustrators, designers to understand the project scope and objectives.
- Prepare conceptual layouts for the motion graphic project and ideas.
- Provide accurate time estimates for each part of the process.
- Select appropriate audio, graphic, and animation styles for the project.
- Encoding, converting, and editing videos and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics
Job Requirements
Skills and Qualities:
- Degree in computer animation, 3D/graphic design, fine arts, or relevant field.
- Knowledge of 2D/3D, stop-motion, and computer-generated animation.
- Proficient in CGI software (Photoshop, 3ds Max, Maya, etc.).
- A creative storyteller with presentation abilities.
- Comfortable working with deadlines and budget restrictions.
- Teamwork and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to comprehend and uphold brand style guidelines, producing work of a suitable style
- Ability to solve an array of challenges through visual design.
- Must be able to mediate creative problems to arrive at the best solution.
- Manage time effectively, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Essential skills:

- At least 3 years of graphic design experience including video production design and animation.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills.
