Job Description
- Develop, manage, and operate an effective and efficient quarter and annual strategy for the division.
- Support in developing, managing and operating an effective and efficient mechanism for fulfilling all main responsibilities of the business development activities for the logistics division.
- Manage the process of studying market needs, market surveys, and the competitors strategically.
- Support in develop, manage and implement all growth strategies and marketing strategies, along with action plans for his/her business development activities of logistics division.
- Support in develop and manage annual and periodical consolidated financial plans and budgets for the business development activities of logistics division plans and activities.
- Create efficient filling mechanism to ensure maintain data.
- Partially responsible for the P & L with the business development director of the division.
- Follow-up on the customer status, satisfaction and needs.
- Develop new customers and markets in targeted areas.
- Responsible for the product development and marketing development of the division.
- Monitoring competitor’s activities (prices, payment terms, delivery terms,…etc.).
- Select markets, customers and develop business opportunities to increase overall sales.
- Responsible for the preparation of technical and financial offers to customers and to be reviewed with the concerned departments.
- Support in re-evaluating action plans of the business development activities of logistics division and take any corrective actions.
- Provide superiors with technical support when required.
- Perform any tasks required by his\her superior within the business development activities of logistics division’s responsibilities.
- Perform periodical technical evaluation for his team within the business development activities of logistics division.
- Perform periodical (monthly/weekly) reports to superiors upon achievements and performance.
- Compliance with all administrative and technical rules applied by the company.
Job Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor Degree, Post graduate studies in Management is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience including 3 years in business development.
