Job Description
- Evaluate and manage contractors’ agreements.
- Follows up and administers contracts, payments, and drawings.
- Inspects of construction work performed under contracts, including the interpretation & revision of plans & specifications.
- Ensuring completion of all Projects activities.
- Supervises and manages of all structural and finishing works of the factory.
- Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure.
- Prepares clear & concise correspondence and complex, technical reports.
- Coordinates activities with other units of the department and other departments.
- Ensure the implementation of HSE regulation.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Years of experience: From 10 to 15 relevant experience (proven experience in civil projects management is a must).
- Managing projects in the Pharmaceutical or Cosmetics industries is preferable.
- Certifications/License: Project management studies/certification.
- Computer skills: AutoCAD proficiency.
