Job Description
- Inspect VoIP problems using in-depth analysis with network sniffing tools.
- Designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting VoIP systems and products.
- Debug and fix SIP problems related to CLI or cross-vendor integration problems.
- Performs and manages large voice systems design upgrades, hardware, and software reconfiguration.
Participate in the research, analysis, design, testing, and implementation of large and complex voice systems. - Enhancing the current solutions by extreme testing and tweak them to provide better performance and high end-user usability.
- Providing Level-2 support and troubleshooting for VoIP products (PBXs, SIP Proxies, SBC, Radius, Asterisk, Call Centers and Soft Switches)
Job Requirements
- CCVP or CCNP Voice Certification is highly desired.
- 3+ years of extensive experience in VoIP systems engineering.
- Experience creating/updating voice system designs.
- Experience participating or leading enterprise-level projects from a voice engineering perspective.
- Experience designing, implementing, testing, researching, and implementing industry on all VoIP gateways.
- Experience mitigating risk for the enterprise by proactively addressing capacity problems or any voice system related issues.
- Solid SIP protocol understanding.
- Very good understanding For Asterisk
- Very good experience in Linux Operating Systems.
- Professional Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
- Ability to operate in a high-pressure environment and successfully handle multiple priorities.
- 24/7 availability for handling critical incidents or calls.
- Must have excellent documentation and reporting skills.
- Positive, Helpful, and Hard Worker.
