Job Description
- Meet with concerned entities to grab business requirements in order to understand activity needs and flow of operations
- Translate business requirements into documentation in form of processes, description, flowcharts, forms and other in order to facilitate automation Gather data from a variety of sources, as directed, for use in analysis
- Conduct interviews/meetings with concerned process owners to define and map “as-is” processes and agree on process inputs/outputs to ensure standardization and consistency
- Maintain proper filing of documentation with relation to consistency, templates and quality management requirements and established standards
- Identify areas for improvements in various processes and develop “to-be” activities in coordination with process owner and aligned with applicable QMS standard and internal organization requirements and policies to ensure system update to business needs
- Provide information to individuals, teams and departments on various topics of the QMS as needed to ensure people are aware of Quality principles and facilitate implementation
- Monitor QMS filing and archiving as per procedures to control documents and records at all times

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration , Computer Science, or any relevant field
- Minimum 3 year of experience in quality and process management
- Customer centricity
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent MS Office & Visio skills
