Job Description
- Gather and record financial data to ensure all business transactions are properly recorded and accounted for.
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
- Monitor general ledger accounts and report any discrepancies.
- Review and process expense reports.
- Prepare analysis of accounts as requested.
- Monitor and resolve bank issues including fee anomalies and check differences.
- Prepare Account/bank reconciliations on regular basis.
- Assist with payroll administration.
- Prepare tax computations and returns.
- Assist in monthly closing and the preparation of year-end financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
- Assist with reviewing and recording expenses, monthly payroll, etc. as assigned.
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
- Assist in monthly/year-end closings and preparation of financial statements.
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of the annual audit process.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. English Section is a MUST
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office package particularly MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint.
- Good command of English language, communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven working experience in accounting
- 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Excellent organization skills
