Accountant - English Commerce

Main Duties:

• Control incoming and outgoing cash registers and record entries
• Control stores and follow-up movements received and excluded
• Conducting cost Analysis
• preparing and recording the distributors' invoices daily and follow up their checks
• Approving the value added tax every month
• Responsible for Petty cash Management
• Calculating depreciation.
• Record all entries for balance sheet & ERP system
• Assist in monthly /yearly closing procedures ,prepares monthly costing related reports

  • Sales Analysis report
  • Price Purchasing Variance report
  • Material usage variance report & stock report
