Job Description
- Managing organizational sales in smart cities section by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
- Meeting planned sales goals and technical operational goals.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Tracking technical implementation goals and reporting results as necessary
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team & technical team.
- The ongoing training of your salespeople.
- Developing your sales team & technical teams through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
- Promoting the organization and products.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field.
- Excellent understanding for IoT solutions, embedded systems.
- 3+ Years Experience in planning and implementing sales & operational strategies.
- 3+ Years Experience in customer relationship management.
- 3+ Years Experience managing and directing a sales team and operation team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
- Ability to lead sales and technical teams and provide reports as requested.
