Job Description

  • Contributes to preparing a plan for celebrations, conferences and press interviews with the competent authorities and submits it to the Director of Marketing to ensure knowledge of the business plan of the Public Relations Department.
  • Selects the suppliers and external agencies involved in the implementation of the celebrations, conferences and press interviews of the company based on the specified criteria to ensure the quality of implementation.
  • Coordinate the identification of print and electronic newspapers and provide them with all required information about the company to ensure effective press coverage to improve the mental image of the company.
  • Coordinate with sponsorship companies to send offers and plans for sponsoring events and special events for the company to choose the most appropriate offers.
  • Coordinate with the marketing managers (retail - commercial) to present the plans sent from the sponsorship companies to select the most suitable one.
  • Carries out media campaigns on the pages of magazines, newspapers, social communication and branches, following up on their implementation, customer reactions and public opinion, and analyzing them to take the necessary corrective and preventive measures in order to improve the mental image of new and old clients.
  • Prepares and puts a brief overview of the company after the approval of the Chairman of the Board of Directors on the website and updates it continuously with the development of all events, events and press news of the company to improve the mental image of the company.
  • Participates in preparing the company's plan for social responsibility and coordinates with civil society institutions ways of cooperation to implement appropriate activities for the company towards society to improve the mental image of the company in a way that contributes to building the identity of the company.
  • Prepare reports on the events , events, and activities held, the press coverage of them and their expenses, in order to assess the return on interest for the company.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Degree
  • Experience :  from 3 to 5 years
