Job Description
- Supervise the preparation of project plans and schedule.
- Study the project documents and prepare the Contractor's offer including quantity surveying, cost estimate...etc.
- Planning and maintaining project budget and schedules.
- Supervise the preparation of shop drawings.
- Resolve technical issues.
- Review the invoices (clients and subcontractors).
- Report on project progress until the successful handing over of the project.
- Participate in the project management review and risk management review.
- Coordinate between the construction and engineering teams to ensure the construction requirements are conveyed to the engineering teams.
- Ensure the engineering deliverable satisfy the construction requirements
- Participate in the required reports according to Project Manager request.
- Review shop drawings and as-built drawings, and ensure documents and records in use are reviewed, approved by the consultant.
- Prepare technical and material submitting.
- Study and prepare requests for information for various projects and follow up on subcontractor’s progress.
- Interact with the Material Engineers regarding the material submitter and specifications; resolve any unexpected technical difficulties, and any other problems that may arise.
- Manage quantity surveying, payments and change orders.
- Follow up and review subcontractors' invoices.
- Follow up and record the invoices from the client.
- Follow-up with Procurement Department during negotiations and offer award or sub-contract terms, performance and payments for Subcontractors.
Job Requirements
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Presentable
- Bachelor Degree.
- Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Strong project management and negotiation skills.
- Good user of Auto Cad.
- Good Engineering experience.
