Key Responsibilities 

Planning & Monitoring Process:

  • Create Digital PR Strategy which aligned with Andalusia objective.
  • Continually monitor and search for coverage opportunities.
  • Creation and promotion of newsworthy, industry-leading content.
  • Monitoring brand sentiment on social media, review sites, their ratings and reviews section on Facebook, their own online communities, and the news to identify any complaints about their brand and quickly address them through social media and other communication channels online
  • Help businesses develop a positive reputation with the public through various unpaid or earned forms of communication

Operation Excellence Process:

  • Create and research stories, and build strong media lists.
  • Perform outreach to website owners, bloggers, journalists, major media outlets, and influencers.
  • Build outreach email lists for content promotion campaigns.
  • Write stories that resonate with their own audiences, public relations professionals have to account for the interests of news outlets when they develop their PR strategy.
  • Work closely with the content and design team to steer content strategy.
  • Work closely with multiple functions to consolidate information for every project.
  • Deliver high-quality backlinks by creating PR outreach campaigns that give a competitive advantage.
  • Maintain active social media profiles.
  • Complete performance reports (PR and social media).
  • Send proposed PR plan for upcoming month for Digital PR.

Customer Satisfaction Process:

  • Increase Customer engagement by creative ads.
  • Build relationships with influencers.

Innovation process:

  • Responsible for developing new ideas to increase social digital channels traffic.
  • Suggest direct marketing methods to increase profitability.

  • Experience working in a PR agency.
  • A knack for networking and connecting with people digitally Specially In Saudi Arabia
  • Outstanding research and writing skills.
  • High level of initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Time management and priority management skills.
  • Strong English language skills.
  • A creative yet practical mind.
  • Qualification in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
