Job Description
- Maintain executive agenda and assist in planning appointments, Executive Manager meetings, conferences, etc.
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.).
- Make travel arrangements for members of board
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
- Book meeting rooms as required.
- Schedule in-house and external events
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business, administration, or related field preferred.
- From 1 - 3 Yrs of Proven experience as executive secretary, Administrative officer or similar administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Office is a MUST.
- In depth knowledge of office management..
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Outstanding communication.
- Attention to detail.
