Job Description

  • Maintain executive agenda and assist in planning appointments, Executive Manager meetings, conferences, etc.
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.).
  • Make travel arrangements for members of board
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
  • Book meeting rooms as required.
  • Schedule in-house and external events

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in business, administration, or related field preferred.
  • From 1 - 3 Yrs of Proven experience as executive secretary, Administrative officer or similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in MS Office is a MUST.
  • In depth knowledge of office management..
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Outstanding communication.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Females only.
  • Excellent English is a Must.
