Virtual Worker Now (VWN) Is looking for a Virtual Assistant to join its multinational team right now!
Responsibilities:
An Orders Fulfillment virtual assistant that is responsible for:
- Ensuring a high quality fulfillment process for drop ship vendors.
- They act as the point of contact between customer service and the vendors to ensure a good fulfillment experience.
- Work on communicating any errors or issues that might affect fulfillment to other departments such as sku issues or system errors.
- Manage and upkeep vendor compliance as well as communicate on-hold vendor issues and vendor cancellations.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Grads only
- Proficient in Excel & Google Sheets
- Great Communication skills
- Multitasker
- Fast learner and ability to adapt to new processes
