Job Description
- Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring the quality of merchandise.
- Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee performance.
- Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage area.
- Ensure accuracy of shipments and inventory transactions.
- Follow up job processes and assign appropriate competencies.
- Interact with customers, answer questions and solve problems.
- Maintain records, document necessary data and use reports on warehouse status.
- Identify areas for improvement while developing innovative work practices and procedures.
- Collaborate with and consult to coordinate activities with other departments.
