Job Description

  • Coordinates, prepares, assembles & presents the documentation required for submission to regulatory authorities to register the company’s new products and maintain existing registrations.
  • Keeps abreast of current regulatory knowledge, trends, developments, legislations & guidelines.
  • Ensures that the company strictly follows government rules and regulations.
  • Takes part in coordinating the planning, scheduling, preparing, and assembling of some regulatory projects and submissions.
  • Prepares regulatory documentation required for registration of the company’s new products and maintenance of existing ones.
  • Prepares regulatory documentation required for submissions of products’ variations along their life cycle.
  • Interfaces with other departments to provide regulatory advice and obtain the necessary documents in accordance with regulatory authorities’ guidelines.
  • Submits regulatory documentation to regulatory authorities within the specified timeframe, negotiates and communicates effectively to obtain timely product approvals.
  • Following up with the external law firm for researching on relevant laws, regulations and legal practices handling all legal document files as well as electronic folders, performing legal administration tasks to support the activities of the legal advisor.
  • Preparing draft legal documents and correspondence and pleadings related to the work, handling litigation related issues, drafting legal due diligence reports and supporting Head of Legal in reviewing and drafting contracts, agreements and internal policies and ensure that they comply with all statutory or legal requirements.
  • Edit legal documents including proofread, assisting in the preparation of legal contracts, deeds, leases, and other legal papers of a routine nature, monitoring daily movements of documents.
  • Studying the corporate legal problems referred to him in accordance with the legal rules and regulations.
  • Review the legal aspects of the contracts and agreements concluded by the company, and make sure that it maintains its rights in the other contracting parties.
  • Following the legal proceedings filed by the company or against it and make sure to take appropriate legal procedures to preserve the rights of the company and achieve its objectives.
  • Examines the administrative referred to him by the departments and sections of the company and investigates them and raises their legal recommendations to the managing director.
  • Acts as regulatory representative in different internal committees.
  • Creates regulatory Standard Operating Procedures, as necessary.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law / Master Preferable
  • Self-driven high energy individual with good networking skills
  • Ability to Influence/relationship Management Skills
  • Strong Analytical and legal skills
  • Business experience is an added advantage
  • FMCG Background will be a plus.
  • A minimum of 8 years experience in regulatory position.
  • Good MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
