Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure that all products meet or exceed customer expectations.
Conduct quality inspections of products received from suppliers to ensure they meet our specifications.
Conduct regular quality checks of products in warehouses to ensure they are in good condition and meet our standards.
Collaborate with the customer service team to identify and resolve any quality-related issues that arise.
Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them.
Work with suppliers to resolve any quality-related issues that arise and ensure they are meeting our quality standards.
Monitor and maintain records of product quality, supplier performance, and customer feedback.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or a related field, preferably in the furniture industry.
Strong knowledge of quality control furniture & wooden processes and procedures.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
