Job Description
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure that all products meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Conduct quality inspections of products received from suppliers to ensure they meet our specifications.
- Conduct regular quality checks of products in warehouses to ensure they are in good condition and meet our standards.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to identify and resolve any quality-related issues that arise.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them.
- Work with suppliers to resolve any quality-related issues that arise and ensure they are meeting our quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain records of product quality, supplier performance, and customer feedback.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or a related field, preferably in the furniture industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control furniture & wooden processes and procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
