Job Description
Oversee and conduct experiments on new products, and create detailed specifications for products and manufacturing lines.
Implement strategies to reduce waste on production lines and improve overall efficiency.
Manage R&D projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and quality assurance, to ensure successful product launches.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations to keep our products competitive and compliant.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the same field.
Knowledge of FSSC, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, BRC, and food safety standards.
Proficient in MS Office.
Good written and spoken English.
Experience in the Arabian Gulf is preferable.
