Job Description
As our business in New Cairo is growing, we are looking for Customer Support Tier 1 Specialist with experience in e-Commerce to join our team.
Role Responsibilities:
- Handle the inquiries of chat support and email ticketing system
- Investigate cases which are escalated by risk team or IT team
- Collect feedback from customers on the website through different ways (Questionnaires, Phone calls, chat support, etc.)
Job Requirements
- Experience as Customer Support Specialist in e-Commerce industry and especially working with vouchers
- Excellent English – both written and spoken
- Excellent understanding of the business and readiness to learn on a daily basis
- Resilient and able to handle dynamic and ever-changing business environment
- Able to understand customer’s needs and search for win-win solutions
- Experience in multicultural environment combined with excellent communication skills
