Job Description

  • Runs day to day contacts with all active customers protecting company interests at all times. 
  • Communicates regularly with inactive or prospective customers.
  • Constantly updates potential customer lists. 
  • Conducts feasibility and costing studies on new sales opportunities. 
  • Conducts Market studies and identifies market share, updates competition market share and product development.
  • Constantly updates market pricing and discovers market niches. 
  • Works on Business Development functions and develops new revenue streams. 
  • Responsible for creating the presentations and the reports for the business development affairs. 
  • Handles Market Intelligence on Policy Changes, New Market Initiatives, Competition.
  • Develops the Collection of waste across the different governorates in line with the strategy of the company. 
  • Recommends, implements and measures improvements in customer service (suppliers) for the Compost and the Industrial waste. 
  • Opening new channels of Industrial waste material resources and following up process of collecting it.
  • Study the recyclables market in general and specially in Port said & Ismailia with the recyclable traders containment and commercial deals.
  • Responsible to start to secure and identify possible sources from Zabaleen and others for UBCs in order to have exclusive rights from the customers.
  • Follow up on customers like Nestle, BiscoMisr and others for the Industrial waste disposal. Multinationals & FMCGs. 
  • Communicate with the Recyclables market and send a regular report with the market prices & changes.
  • Constantly update on new conferences related to waste management, green economy and sustainability.
  • Performs other assigned duties.

Job Requirements

  • Education preferred: BSC or higher.
  • Training / Certificates in Business Development is preferred.
  • High Negotiation skills and commercial knowledge
  • Can work under high pressure
  • High knowledge of reporting systems
  • Passion for traveling
