Job Description
- Property buyers/sellers lead generation through journals, real estate portals, referrals, and any other means to generate leads.
- Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
- Visit properties to assess them before showing them to clients.
- Coordinate appointments to show properties to prospective buyers.
- Accompany buyers during visits and inspections of the property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes/properties they are visiting.
- Insert Clients’ data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits.
- Compile, verify the accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
- Keep information confidential.
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
- Answers incoming calls.
- Directs calls to the sales team by distributing the leads.
- Places outgoing calls.
Job Requirements
- Real Estate experience is a must.
- 3 To 5 Year experience in Sales.
- Males is preferred.
- Owns a car is a must.
- Preferred Age between 25 – 35.
- Particularly good communication skills.
- Particularly good closing Skills.
- Excellent Presentations Skills.
- Market Knowledge.
- Graduates only.
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant.
