Job Description

  • Property buyers/sellers lead generation through journals, real estate portals, referrals, and any other means to generate leads.
  • Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
  • Visit properties to assess them before showing them to clients.
  • Coordinate appointments to show properties to prospective buyers.
  • Accompany buyers during visits and inspections of the property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes/properties they are visiting.
  • Insert Clients’ data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits.
  • Compile, verify the accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
  • Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
  • Keep information confidential.
  • Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
  • Answers incoming calls.
  • Directs calls to the sales team by distributing the leads.
  • Places outgoing calls.

Job Requirements

  • Real Estate experience is a must.
  • 3 To 5 Year experience in Sales.
  • Males is preferred.
  • Owns a car is a must.
  • Preferred Age between 25 – 35.
  • Particularly good communication skills.
  • Particularly good closing Skills.
  • Excellent Presentations Skills.
  • Market Knowledge.
  • Graduates only.
  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant.
