Job Description
We are looking to hire a well-spoken Tele-sales representative to support our clients to have a great service and to have an outstanding experience & to be responsible for generating sales leads over the telephone. The tele-sales representative's responsibilities include contacting potential clients, focusing on client’s needs to qualify leads and documenting clients information
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection
- Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role will be a plus
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of experiences.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills.
- Gender: Female & Excellent in English.
- Good Communication &Good knowledge of Microsoft office.
- Good knowledge of social media platform i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google, WhatsApp and other social media best practices.
Tele-sales Representative Responsibilities:
- provide accurate information about the company, our services and other details
- Gathering and documenting Client’s information & reactions and Updating Clients data and presenting sales reports to sales manager.
- Responding to Clients inquiries and updates about our services, advice on the best fit service to them.
- Understanding Clients background & needs and well define the Clients requirements.
- Follow up with Clients.
- Proposing new features or ideas to enhance and develop the sales and business.
- Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and Client’s relationship.
- Provide an accurate forecast of sales results and continuously manage sales activity.
