Job Description
- Post jobs and advertisements on the different media channels.
- Screening cvs and schedule interviews.
- Attending interviews - prepare and fill the interview evaluation sheets.
- Implementing and Updating the Policy and Procedures
- Conducting the job analysis and job descriptions.
- Creating and updating Organizational Charts
- Building an Organization Development data and archive.
- Dealing with mass recruitment
- Responsible for Performance Appraisals
- Filing CVs and employees data
- Calculating Monthly Commission & Annual Incentive
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- 1-3 years of experience in Recruitment and OD Preferable in Healthcare/ pharmaceutical
- Excellent command of written and spoken English Language
- V. Good user of all Microsoft Applications
- HR Diploma is a plus
