Job Description

Your Day as a Social Media Strategist at EPPS Might Include:

  • Strategy Development: Formulating, executing, and overseeing a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance our online presence and drive marketing and sales efforts.
  • Content Creation: Producing high-quality, engaging content tailored for various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
  • Performance Analysis: Setting specific objectives and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of social media initiatives and reporting on ROI.
  • User Engagement: Monitoring user engagement metrics, suggesting content optimizations, and implementing best practices to enhance user interaction and satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Engaging in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product Development, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and promotions.
  • Trend Monitoring: Staying up-to-date with emerging social media trends, best practices, and digital technologies to keep the company at the forefront of social media marketing.
  • Relationship Building: Establishing and nurturing relationships with industry professionals and influencers through social media channels to enhance the company’s professional network.
  • Research and Optimization: Conducting research on audience preferences and best practices to refine strategies and improve content performance.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or in a similar role, showcasing a successful track record in social media management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Content Creation Expertise: Strong skills in content creation and copywriting, with an understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics to enhance visibility.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Multitasking Abilities: Excellent multitasking skills to manage various projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Critical Thinking: A critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills, capable of navigating challenges in a fast-paced digital landscape.
  • Web Design Familiarity: Familiarity with web design and publishing practices to ensure cohesive brand representation across platforms.
