Telesales Executive

We are looking to hire an experienced, customer-oriented telesales executive to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Combine sales skills with company's products and services knowledge and convert the maximum possible prospect leads into active customers, placing emphasis on those with maximum revenue and shipment potential in order to increase the size and quality of the organiztion's market share
• Continually strengthen knowledge on the organization's services and general commercial awareness in order to provide the best possible standard of customer service and maximize your contribution to the sales function
• Open new customer accounts and ensure they trade profitably
• Complete in a timely manner - daily and weekly reports to measure self and department's productivity and effectiveness through the use of the organization's in-house Sales Reporting Tool
• Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately in the customer database
• Ensure that all customer issues relating to customer service, service recovery and credit control are co-coordinated and managed through the relevant departments
