Skills And Tools:
- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Installing and maintaining CCTV systems.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Troubleshoot cameras, DVRs, NVRs, computers, peripherals, and other hardware.
- Provide technical support to end users covering all software and hardware related issues.
- Maintain and upgrade existing analog and digital CCTV systems as needed.
- Support users of CCTV system.
- Install Computer network, CCTV, Phone, Cable, Satellite and whole-house audio systems
- Very Good command of English.
- Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel…) is a must
- Ability to troubleshoot and identify problems, follow directions, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
- Time Management
- 5-7 years of related experience
