Job Description
- Senior Project Manager with more than 15 - 20 years of extensive experience in project development and construction management. Involved in roads, infrastructure, bridges, buildings and hospitals projects. In-depth experience and knowledge of owner project design goals, requirements, scheduling, programming, cost analysis, budgeting, and contracting procedures. Provide leadership, and oversight for the day- to-day operations for all Construction, Project Management and Project Administration activities. Manage staff of 3-9 Project Managers (PMs), Superintendents, and Project Support staff.
- Demonstrated a history of completing multimillion dollar projects ahead of schedule and under budget. With over 40 years of construction, development and engineering experience I have acquired the ability to foresee problem areas and provide corrective solutions prior to affecting the schedule, and recommended changes to conserve project resources. Performed value engineering of design prior to construction to examine design and specifications to determine if more economical changes could be implemented without sacrificing the design intent. Conducted MEP coordination prior to and during construction to identify and eliminate conflicts with architectural, structural, HVAC, electrical and plumbing to minimize potential future change orders.
