Job Description
- Manage the full operational cycle to meet company business goals within target timelines and cost
- Facilitate the cross-functional operations to assist each of the assigned department achieve its goals
- Direct management to Sales, Technical and customer service departments
- Close monitoring and correction of each of the assigned departments
- Manage the relationship and operations with 3rd parties and commercial partners such as malls, contractors, payment gateways, exhibitions
- Ensure operational compliance with rules, regulations and laws
- Ongoing improvement of operational systems and optimizing resources to achieve better results and improve profitability
- Budget control
- Ability to quickly analyse situations and make effective decisions
