Job Description
- Conduct Safety Induction for staff on site
- Prepare H&S Daily, weekly and monthly reports for direct manager
- Prepare violations and NCRs for all staff and sub-contractors.
- Review daily risk assessments and work permits across the site for the various work activities, hazards are identified and addressed.
- Prepare incident, accident reports and flash reports for near miss.
- Hold & freeze all dangerous, risky works immediately on site and any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous with alignment with department manager and affected departments
- Conduct regular safety meetings at the worksite and Provide H&S induction for all site employees.
- Follow up and report any corrective actions.
- Provide H&S induction for all site employees.
- Coordinate with departments heads in analyzing hazard, risk assessment, incidents
- Participate in creating H&S rules, procedure, technical instructions and policies.
Job Requirements
- Knowledge: University degree electrical engineering it`s a must.
- Competencies and skills: communication, planning, negotiation, reporting, computer skills, eye for detail, problem solving.
- Attitude and leadership traits: active listening, agility, positivity, coaching and mentoring, resilience.
- IOSH , OSHA and NIOSH one of them it`s a must.
