- • Respond to and follow up sales inquiries by post, telephone, e-mail and personal visits.

- Maintain and develop existing and new customer through planned individual account support, and liaison with internal order-processing staff.

- Presenting opinions and suggestions related to customers' opinions on the company's products and competing products to improve the quality of existing products and work on manufacturing new products required by customers.

- Participate in promotional activities for the product such as exhibitions and others to open new ways to sell the company's products as well as constant communication with customers and informing them of what is new.
