Job Description
- Successfully advice and provide the necessary leadership for multiple complex projects at one or more as CTO.
- Research and assess trends, new solutions, and novel approaches that deliver value and prepare quarterly updates.
- Setting a vision for how technology will be used in the company.
- Creating timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services.
- Making executive decisions on behalf of the company's technological requirements.
- Maintaining a consumer-focused outlook and aiding in the delivery of MIS projects to market.
- Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
- Consolidate our technology platforms/Dashboards and create plans for each.
- Create Help Desk structure.
- Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency.
- Track and communicate relevant industry trends and technologies
- Work closely with Marketing, Business Development and Commercial, HR, Supply chain to define and deliver new products and enhancements.
- Assist with technology reviews and assessments, especially financial and feature comparisons, ensure adequate economic assessments are made as inputs to decisions, create and provide meaningful input on ROI models used to make technology decisions
- Managing technology budgets and time frames
- Remains effective in a changing environment and manages change.
- Build cohesive teams of people , valuing team spirit.
- Share achievements with the team such that each team member feels valuable and appreciated
- Take ownership for policy, regulation and compliance in all relevant areas

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or similar relevant field
- 10+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Fashion Retail experience will be plus.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Effective negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proactive problem solver

- Experience of handling cross-cultural teams
- Experience in technologies like Cloud, ML & AI, data science
