Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Russian-speaking agent to provide personalised assistance to Russian travellers visiting Egypt. This role involves ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients by assisting with airport procedures, translating, and helping with various requests during their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate transportation to and from accommodations.
- Meet and greet travellers at the airport.
- Provide verbal and written translation between Russian and Arabic/English.
- Assist with communication at hotels, restaurants, shops, and other establishments.
- Address and fulfill client requests, such as booking excursions, arranging transportation, or recommending local attractions.
- Handle unexpected situations and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide solutions for logistical challenges or special requests.
Job Requirements
- Fluency in Russian (native level) and Arabic/English (proficient).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, tourism, or personal assistance.
- Previous experience working with international clients is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and organisational abilities with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as per client needs.
- Ability to adapt to changing client schedules and priorities.
- Familiarity with Egyptian culture, geography, and popular tourist destinations.
- Understanding of travel logistics and tourism-related services.
- Proficiency in using smartphones, translation apps, and online booking tools.
- Friendly, professional, and adaptable with a problem-solving mindset.
- Discretion and confidentiality when dealing with personal matters of clients.
