Job Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls 
  • Reroute complaints calls to Customer Support Team 
  • Reroute complaints calls to Customer Support Team. 
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way. 
  • Give full attention to the customer’s needs to book the service they need. 
  • Finalize orders bookings on the system right after the call. 
  • Follow Filkhedma’s quality standards. 
  • Monitor AHT and Hold time and meet their targets. 
  • Work on weekly outbound sales tasks to increase the order volume 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 year of experience in the same field. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field. 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 
  • Positive and proactive with a strong work ethic 
  • Experience in a customer-facing role 
  • Excellent knowledge MS-Office, especially MS Excel and Power point.
