Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Reroute complaints calls to Customer Support Team
- Reroute complaints calls to Customer Support Team.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way.
- Give full attention to the customer’s needs to book the service they need.
- Finalize orders bookings on the system right after the call.
- Follow Filkhedma’s quality standards.
- Monitor AHT and Hold time and meet their targets.
- Work on weekly outbound sales tasks to increase the order volume
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 year of experience in the same field.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Positive and proactive with a strong work ethic
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent knowledge MS-Office, especially MS Excel and Power point.
