- Work with company leadership to develop a social media & email strategy
- Create a monthly content calendar
- Be responsible for the end-to-end production and deployment messages
- Write creative marketing copy for headlines, taglines & subject lines
- Work with our designers and other writers to create engaging messages & posts
- Organize materials for multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Experience split testing campaign messaging and imagery
- Analyze campaign results & make recommendations for improvement
- Identify incremental opportunities to improve engagement rates
- Must have the ability to post to and edit the content on different online platforms
Job Requirements
- 3-7 years of marketing experience
- Strong Arabic and English communication skills
- Native Arabic writer
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of Arab culture
- Effective team member with a strong team orientation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Metrics and goal-oriented
- Comfortable communicating on Skype and Whatsapp
- Ability to work from home
- Internet connection strong enough from regular video calls
