Job Description
• Creating content ideas/social posts to meet the set brand objectives as well as support on pitches with creative ideas and executions.
• Staying on the pulse of innovations on various platforms and best in class content and share with internal teams and client
• Brainstorm with integrated teams to guide and shape content calendars every month
• Support the senior creative team with the creation of the content required for the monthly brand calendars
• Partner with optimization and community management teams for campaigns
• Design content that is structured and optimized for effective social, publication, and distribution
Job Requirements
• 5+ years’ experience in the following areas:
o As a Junior Art Director on a brand team with proficiency in the entire Adobe suite.
o Knowledge of animation and video software’s is a definite plus
o Applying iterative, user-centered design principles to the design and development of content
o Strong oral communications and presentations skills
o Solid interpersonal and teamwork abilities
o Demonstrated critical thinking ability
• Graduate degree (preferred) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field
• Strong creative thinking and qualitative skills
• Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills
