Job Description
- Deal with clients to handle critical issues like (bounced cheques and replacement, transfer letters for the project, and convincing the client to settle the pending payment.
- Issue and follow up on warning and termination letters to clients. Handle handover procedure and post-handover procedure Coordinate and follow up with House mortgage and loans and has a relations/connection with bank and valuation companies.
- Prepare reports on MS Excel.
- Draft and write letters to clients.
- Provide quality Customer service in dealing with clients.
Job Requirements
- Collection experience with the main real estate developer.
- Expert with EPMS and Oracle System.
- Expert in dealing with municipalities in Egypt.
- Proficient in MS Office mainly in Excel and Word.
- Good command of both English and Arabic.
