Job Description

  • Selling Real Estate Developers Products Using Comprehensive Negotiations.
  • Maintaining Positive Business Relationships With Customers.
  • Reaching Out to Customers' Leads Through Referrals.
  • Achieving Agreed Upon Sales Targets and Outcomes Within Deadlines.
  • Coordinating Exerted Efforts With Team Members and Other Departments to Maximize the Aspired Outputs.
  • Providing Direct Manager With Reports on Customer Needs, Problems, Interests, Competitive Activities, and Potentials for New Products/services.
  • Submitting the Required Reports, Such as Daily Call Reports, Weekly Work Plans, Monthly and Annual Results Reports.
  • Contributes to Team Effort by Accomplishing Related targets as Needed
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Present, promote and sell Properties using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Carry out all the functions assigned by the direct manage
  • Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities in order to propose solutions that suit them.
  • Display and market real property to possible buyers.
  • Using the in-depth knowledge of the real estate market to help clients find proper properties
  • Guiding clients through the process of finalizing purchases or sales.
  • Maintain Calls and Follow up with prime customers
  • Prepare for Meetings, Presentations Company Briefing, Orientation & Site Visit
  • Seeking new Leads

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience in Real Estate field is a MUST
  • Experience in CRM system
  • Good computer skills.
  • Good command of English & MS office package.
  • At least 6 Months of sales experience.
  • Male and Female.
  • Presentable
  • Preferable to owns a car.
