Job Description

  • Manages customer inquiries and escalations to ensure customer satisfaction. Identifies root cause of systemic issues to define and lead process improvements.
  • Develops, implements, and maintains policies and procedures pertinent to the effective and efficient operation of Customer Services
  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
  • Recording Tasks & Customers problems
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in business administration or relevant field
  • 1-2 years of experience in the same field
  • Females only
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work within a team as well as individually.
  • Presentable
