- Manages customer inquiries and escalations to ensure customer satisfaction. Identifies root cause of systemic issues to define and lead process improvements.
- Develops, implements, and maintains policies and procedures pertinent to the effective and efficient operation of Customer Services
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
- Recording Tasks & Customers problems
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business administration or relevant field
- 1-2 years of experience in the same field
- Females only
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work within a team as well as individually.
- Presentable
