Job Description

 Handle customer inquiries and complaints, provide accurate and timely information, and resolve issues in a professional and manner.
Understand customer needs and requirements and offer solutions that best fit their interests.
Escalate customer issues to management, when necessary.
Contact with the old customers to let them continue studying.
Fulfills needs of existing customers that are at the risk of cancelling the services.
Focus on building relationship with the old customers in order to retain them.
 

Job Requirements

+ 2  years of experience in the same field .
Experience in Customer Satisfaction.
Excellent Handling Skills & Problem- solving skills.
Strong verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree Holder.
From Good To Very Good knowledge of English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Max age 28 years old
