Dataplus is seeking candidates to work as BI Team leader responsible for managing the team in the design, development, implementation, training and support of enterprise Data management solution from Data ingestion, data preparation and blending till visual and predictive analysis
Working with cross-functional teams, you will be required to gather, document, and approve business requirements for such projects with different customers across many industries.

Responsibilities:
- Team leader responsible to manage the pool of consultants and manage their engagement
in different projects - Business analysis to gather required BI system requirements
- Architect the BI solutions from different Data sources including ETL & data modeling
- Work with the team to develop, document and deliver BI project scope
- Transition developed BI systems to the Operations & Support team
- Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of enterprise data
and BI environments - Get trained and certified on different technologies to address existing/future market needs
- Provide technical assistance and cross training to other team members
- Must be able to perform duties with moderate to low supervision
Job Requirements
- People management Skills (Decisiveness, Adaptability, Recognize achievements, Interest in others, Active listening skills, Relating to others, Patience)
- Customer-facing
- Use of SQL and RDBMS systems (DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)
- Knowledge of logical and physical data modeling concepts
- Knowledge of R/Python and Big Data Concepts is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal ( verbal and written) communication skills (in English & Arabic) are
required to support working in project environments that includes internal, external and
customer teams - A self-starter who can work independently, pro-actively take action, drive toward clarity and
think holistically - Ability to manage multiple priorities, and assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities
