- Appoint to work in all levels of an HR Department - by revamping the personnel department to an HR department.
- HR progress, turn over rate, employee development curse
- The evaluation and grading structure
- Overall review of the employee motivation and benefits plans with HR Director
- Supervise training needs analysis through the annual performance appraisals .
Job Requirements
Required qualification :
- HR diploma, MBA or Mini MBA
- From 10 - 15 years of experience preferable in the real estate field
