We are looking for an IT Systems and Network Engineer to help design, install, configure, and maintain data and voice network infrastructure, servers, systems, and services in a diverse server environment.
As an IT Systems & Network Engineer, you will show enthusiasm for network and systems administration including keeping up to date with the latest operating systems, tools and automation techniques.
Deliver technical support to clients via phone.
Troubleshoot any reported problems and solve end users issues reaching resolution to ensure customer satisfaction
Apply operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
Provide help-desk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction
Install and configure new hardware and software.
Configure and support desktop equipment and associated software; also undertake equipment moves and changes and document configuration for the system.
Add, remove, or update user account information, resetting passwords, etc.
Diagnose and resolve desktop faults in a quick and efficient manner
Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk
Supervise by visiting all the clinic branches on a weekly basis and insure network availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability.
