Job Description
Job Purpose:
A department Manager is required for a reputable group of manufacturing responsible for building the brand image of the organization through its products or services, the product and advertising placement. Formulating and implementing marketing strategy & plans and to enhance brand image while achieving targets and ensuring quality in the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Create a marketing and brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term
- Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media
- Assist with product development and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities in Egypt, Middle East, Canada, America and other potential countries.
- Contribute towards overall marketing strategy and prepare plan and approach for brand management.
- Ensure these plans are in line with the overall marketing strategy and brand guidelines for the Company.
- Maintain and grow brand’s affiliations and partnerships with other corporates.
- Review and monitor plan implementation and results achieved on a regular basis.
- Make changes to the strategy and approach to adapt to unexpected changes in the business environment.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities.
- Achieving profit targets, timelines and budgets
- Managing Marketing Executives working for the brand
- Prepare analytical reports to facilitate overall decision-making on brand management strategy.
- Monitor competitor and customer insights analysis and reactions.
Job Requirements
- Not less than 10 years of experience in same field and strong background in the manufacturing / automotive sector and same position is must.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing.
- MBA holder is preferable.
- A deep understanding of the market services/products.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong Negotiation Skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Relationship management skills.
- A strong focus on results.
